Press Release SinoSwiss Holding

Thursday, 22. August 2024

SinoSwiss Holding has taken note of the recent media communication from the City of Rapperswil-Jona, in which the City announced its decision to withdraw from the land purchase agreement for the proposed Innovation Center Rapperswil. This decision is based on the City’s claim that contractual deadlines were allegedly missed.

Contrary to the City’s assertion, SinoSwiss Holding firmly believes that it has adhered to all relevant deadlines and that the purchase agreement remains legally valid. SinoSwiss maintains that the agreement should have been executed as planned and without delay.

SinoSwiss is committed to taking all necessary steps to ensure the successful realization of the "Innovation Center" project. This includes considering legal action and exploring alternative strategies for the project’s implementation.
